Case Documentation Initial documentation creates a fair, realistic starting point that is the foundation for future treatments. In this sense, we document almost all cases identically, because we want to diagnose and document them flawlessly! This involves taking initial photos and videos, a scan of the teeth, taking X-rays indicated by the doctor during the initial evaluation. Specialty Consultations In each multidisciplinary case, the patient undergoes an orthodontic, periodontal and prosthetic evaluation, so that each doctor can then integrate the treatment plan and the specific costs. Each specialist talks about possible risks and complications, presents similar cases, talks about types of devices, materials, treatment sequences, etc. Team Case Analysis The next stage is the analysis of the case within the team, we develop the treatment plan and make a cost estimate.
