The Operator may use profiling for direct marketing purposes, but the decisions taken on its basis by the Operator do not refer to offering the services / products made available by the Clinica Rotar to potential patients / users. The effect of the use of profiling may be, for example, giving a specific person a discount, sending a discount code, sending a notification about future appointments, sending product / treatment proposals that may correspond to a named person's interests or preferences, or proposing better conditions compared to the standard offer. Despite the profiling, a given person will make a free decision if he wants to benefit from the discounts received or the better conditions made available and make a purchase or use the services of the Clinica Rotar. Profiling consists of the automatic analysis or estimation of a person's behavior on the Clinica Rotar website, for example by navigating to a specific page within the site or by analyzing appointment history. The condition of such profiling is that the Operator has the personal data of a certain person, in order to be able to send him, for example, a discount code. The data subject has the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including profiling, with legal or similar effects on that person. YOUR RIGHTS AS THE DATA SUBJECT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED According to the applicable legal provisions and subject to certain legal conditions, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data: The right of access, which includes the right to know if we are processing data about you and the right to find out what data it is, to whom it is transferred, how long it will be kept, where we obtained it and if it is used for profiling/automated decision-making. If the data is also processed by third parties, we will take reasonable steps to inform them of the deletion request. - Philosophy | Clinica Rotar
Philosophy Our concept stems from the idea of "excellence in dentistry". We aim to provide modern medical services based on professional and traditional human values. We intend to bridge generations by recognizing the image capital of family predecessors, honoring their achievements and reputation. The clinic will offer – alongside medical services – a new "experience" that combines specialized treatment with the safety and comfort of a sensory ambiance. We aim to ensure that patients remember this experience with pleasure and share it with loved ones, friends, and acquaintances. We aspire to create a special relationship with our patients by promoting a culture of oral health, both in adults and children. Through quality services, we will serve as a hub for disseminating useful information about dental prevention, with the goal of subsequently improving their quality of life. We do not seek to compare ourselves with other clinics. Our goal is to be an elite clinic, to define our own path and essence, elevating the art of dentistry to the level it deserves within the field of medicine
- Endodontics | Clinica Rotar
Endodontics Endodontics is a specialty of conservative dentistry that deals with root canal treatment of an affected tooth, with the aim of keeping it functional in the arch. Today, with the use of CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) for diagnosis and the use of magnifying loupes or a dental microscope in endodontic treatments, the success and precision are higher. Dr. Elvira Balaj and Dr. Sabina Hreapcă are our specialists in microscopic endodontics and conservative dentistry. Their priority is tooth preservation because dentistry is increasingly moving towards keeping the tooth nerve alive. However, when this is not possible due to severe damage, root canal treatment is performed. Pain is the most common symptom indicating the need for root canal treatment, and the causes can be as follows: Deep decay that has advanced to the dental pulp Trauma or fractures to the teeth resulting in exposure of their nerves Periodontal injury affecting the bone supporting and surrounding your teeth Endodontic treatment stages: CBCT diagnosis and clinical examination Local anesthesia Access and pulp removal Canal cleaning Canal obturation (with or without posts) Coronary obturation Imaging control at certain intervals
- Patient Facilities | Clinica Rotar
Patient Facilities Design special și atmosferă relaxantă Clinica Rotar, by intention and vocation, is a place where medical excellence harmoniously blends with the desire to offer patients a unique sensory experience. The quality of the doctors and the state-of-the-art technology with which the clinic is equipped materialize in premium medical services, carried out in a comfortable space with tasteful decorations that invite reflection and artistic contemplation. Art and painting exhibitions Clinica Rotar hosts works of art distinguished by elegance and refinement, stimulating the imagination and the beauty within the viewer's soul. Beyond creating a pleasant and soothing ambiance, the display of these artworks promotes both established and emerging Romanian artists who have distinguished themselves in the local landscape due to their genuine artistic talent. Situated at the confluence of art and science, dentistry, as a medical branch, represents the merging of professional excellence with a propensity for aesthetics, an aspect that we aim to cultivate both institutionally and through an artistic interaction with our patients. By hosting these works of art, Clinica Rotar aspires to be a cultural hub, a space that brings together patients and art lovers alike in a warm and friendly atmosphere to share impressions and support talented artists. Visual, auditory, and olfactory branding. Because a brand is made up of sensations, senses, and memorable images, the identity of Clinica Rotar is revealed through multiple sensory channels. Smell has a strong impact on mood, from evoking memories and deep emotions to reducing stress and anxiety. We chose the gentle scent of Pink Grapefruit, with the well-being of our patients in mind. The visual and olfactory ambiance is complemented by the auditory one because this is also a factor that contributes to the satisfaction of our patients. Once you step inside, you experience a synesthetic experience - part of which is the sonic branding. It is carefully composed of playlists featuring songs by famous artists. Let's hear from each other... well! :) HD suspended TVs and noise-canceling headphones in the clinics. Reducing a child's anxiety related to novelty can be achieved by creating an attractive and interesting environment in the dental office. Thus, the presence of a television turns the dental experience into something enjoyable, especially since watching cartoons is a common habit at home. For patients who experience anxiety related to sounds, headphones are a very important element. Music, cartoons, or movies listened to through headphones block out the sounds of dental equipment and distract the patient from less pleasant things. Music therapy is a form of psychotherapy or re-education, serving as a means of communication or relationship building. Broadband Wi-Fi and charging stations for communication devices. We know that our patients want to stay connected with their loved ones even when they are... with their mouths open! :) ,,A place to brush your teeth’’ A dedicated area equipped with all the necessary tools for proper teeth cleaning, where patients can perform dental brushing before dental treatments. Through this initiative, we aim to educate our patients and create comfort and dignity in the medical procedure. Display stand for dental hygiene products We have set up a space where patients can purchase professional products recommended by our doctors, which are not available in pharmacies or retail stores. The reception staff is trained to answer all questions related to the products on display. Educational Impact: Stands with brochures on medical and cultural topics Educating patients about oral health through dozens of informative leaflets and brochures created by our doctors, aiming to raise awareness about oral health needs and importance, as well as the necessity of maintaining oral health once achieved with significant efforts. This way, major interventions and physical, financial, or time-related efforts won't be required in their lives.

Dr. Paul Ciobanu Specialist Dentist in Dental Prosthetics (2022) Faculty of Dental Medicine (UMF "Iuliu Hațieganu" Cluj-Napoca, 2016) Specialization in Dental Prosthetics (Cluj-Napoca, 2022) About I strongly believe that life should be enriched, as much as possible, with activities and passions that bring us joy and create something beautiful—whether unforgettable memories or tangible achievements. Since childhood, I have been drawn to working with my hands, and the satisfaction of seeing something I created has likely played a significant role in my choice of profession. In my free time, I divide my energy between hiking and walking, painting figurines, playing board games, and, more recently, exploring the art of stained glass. Clinical Experience I began practicing dentistry immediately after graduating, joining a multidisciplinary team. This experience helped me deeply understand the importance of interdisciplinarity in modern dentistry. It also gave me the opportunity to focus on my areas of interest: restorative dentistry and dental prosthetics. Personal Thoughts I believe the success of a treatment depends not only on meeting the highest professional standards but also on honest and open communication between doctor and patient from the very first interaction. This bond, built on trust and empathy, is essential for achieving the best outcomes.

It is an important documenting resource on current and future concepts in oral implantology. We are proud to be ITI educated since 2011. Leading Implant Centers Leading Implant Centers is an organization whose goal is to provide patients with transparency regarding quality implant work. With its help, patients can find professionals with experience in the field who have been properly certified based on their scientific and practical training. Leading Implant Centers has compiled a list of affiliated medical specialists, chosen based on educational and experience criteria. All those listed have a minimum of 4 years of practical experience in oral implantology and at least 200 successfully treated cases. For patients, the certification granted to doctors by Leading Implant Centers is a guarantee of their expertise. We are also listed. Planmeca Planmeca dental radiology systems allow an accurate imaging assessment of patients. With a history of more than 50 years in the production of dental equipment, the Finnish company aims to continuously reduce the radiation doses required to obtain radiological images in order to protect patients, gaining a reputation thanks to Ultra Low Dose™ technology. The tools available for 2D and 3D imaging allow an accurate diagnosis of oro-maxillo-facial pathologies and the planning of future treatments, under the conditions of a reduced dose of irradiation. The company integrates the latest digital planning technologies into its Planmeca ecosystem, actively engaging in the global university training process. A-dec A-dec is considered one of the largest manufacturers of dental equipment in the world, their portfolio includes dental chairs and their auxiliary equipment (chairs for medical personnel, lighting systems, accessories). Over the past 12 years, our experience with these American-made products has been very favorable due to their reliability and ease of use. The dental chairs are made with an ergonomic design, to ensure the comfort of both the patient and the doctor during use. A-dec dental units contain various patented technologies used to guarantee patient health and safety. Durr Dental The German company Durr Dental has been producing and innovating suction and compressed air systems for the medical field for over 80 years. These systems are essential for performing dental and surgical medical procedures. Compressed air systems power not only handpieces, but also the mobility of dental chairs, being indispensable for dentists. The quality of the compressed air produced is generated by the patented filter systems. GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) by EMS The GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) by EMS certified office is part of an exclusive network of professional and passionate dentists who offer dental prophylaxis at the highest possible standards. Guided Biofilm Therapy involves the use of treatment protocols based on the patient's individual diagnosis and disease risk assessment, in order to achieve optimal results. Also, the doctors involved benefit from accreditation courses to obtain certification, with the aim of ensuring the uniformity of the treatments offered. They are applied in the least invasive way, with the highest level of comfort, safety and efficiency. Mectron Piezoelectric bone surgery (piezosurgery) was introduced in 1999 by the Mectron company, a precise and minimally invasive alternative to the classic rotary instruments used in bone surgery. Piezosurgery involves the use of vibrations to actuate cutting instruments at the bone level, providing precision during the surgical act and reducing the impact these instruments have on the tissues. The active part acts only on hard, bony tissues, not being active on soft tissues, due to the principle of action. All these advantages translate into reduced tissue trauma and improved postoperative patient recovery. Mectron products have evolved massively since their introduction to the market, with the latest generations allowing their use in a wide range of periodontal interventions and oral surgery. NSK The Japanese company NSK is recognized for the quality of its products, from turbines and contra-angle parts to complex surgical equipment. The SurgicPro system is one of the most reliable surgical motors used in oral surgery, for shaping bone tissues and for inserting dental implants. The device allows precise control of the speed and the force it develops, essential details in the mentioned surgery. Aesculap Aesculap , a German company belonging to the BBraun pharmaceutical trust, boasts a long history in the manufacture of surgical instruments. Remaining a family business since its establishment 150 years ago, the company's portfolio includes instruments for general surgery, dentistry, microsurgical instrumentation and a wide range of disposable cutting instruments. MELAG In the 21st century, the protection of patients and medical personnel by ensuring hygienic measures without any compromise is axiomatic. The German company MELAG shares these ideas, providing innovative solutions for sanitizing and sterilizing medical instruments since 1951. Melag autoclaves have shown their potential and reliability over the years, ensuring safety during medical procedures. Automatic washing, thermodisinfecting and drying machines used for dental and surgical instruments allow ensuring a high standard of hygiene. The MELAtrace® instrument disinfection and sterilization traceability protocol is an integral part of the MELAG chain in our clinic.

Faculty of Dental Medicine (UMF "Iuliu Hațieganu" Cluj-Napoca, 2015), Specialization in Pedodontics (Cluj-Napoca, 2019), Specialization in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (Cluj-Napoca, 2023) About Photography is my passion, and I strive to find beauty everywhere and at all times. Photography is about bringing order to chaos. It captures moments with a magical essence of immediacy. Clinical Experience Since 2015, I have been practicing clinically in fields such as pediatric dentistry, minimally invasive dentistry, interceptive orthodontics, and continuous education and awareness of patients and parents regarding oral hygiene methods, diet, and prevention of oral conditions. In addition to ongoing training in the specialty, I am focused on interceptive orthodontics as well as orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics for adult patients. Personal Thoughts Not long ago, pediatric dentistry was at the bottom of graduates' preferences, perhaps because it requires a lot of patience, preparation, and determination. Romania has one of the highest prevalences of dental caries among children. Thus, my motivation comes from the desire to change this through education, determination, and empathy. Today's informed and conscientious child will be tomorrow's adult with more prevention and fewer oro-dental problems.
