Here's what this journey looks like in our clinic: First Call Our desire is to have patients with whom we resonate, to be on the same wavelength, so that we have effective and beneficial communication for both parties. As a result, we created some filters, a sort of triage of patients starting with the first phone call. If you have chosen us, for a few minutes, you will have to answer some questions from our colleagues at the reception. First Visit They say that the first impression matters the most! Studies show that the first 90 seconds are crucial and have the biggest impact. This principle also applies in a dental office. In this sense, we set up the reception in a bright, welcoming space, where you can admire unique art objects, turning waiting into aesthetic delight. Signing Documents The first 15 minutes are spent with our colleagues at the reception to sign the documents necessary for your registration as a patient of the Rotar Clinic. On this occasion, if you wish, you can be led on a tour of the clinic, you will be introduced to the services, the infrastructure, the rules of operation and the Patient Guide. First Consult Due to the difficulty of our cases and because we believe it is important to allocate enough time for a correct assessment of the general condition of the teeth and smile, the first consultation always lasts one hour. On this occasion, we listen to you carefully, find out what dental problems you have, what bothers you and what you want to correct, align our goals and expectations and recommend the next appointments. Case Documentation Initial documentation creates a fair, realistic starting point that is the foundation for future treatments. In this sense, we document almost all cases identically, because we want to diagnose and document them flawlessly! This involves taking initial photos and videos, a scan of the teeth, taking X-rays indicated by the doctor during the initial evaluation. Specialty Consultations In each multidisciplinary case, the patient undergoes an orthodontic, periodontal and prosthetic evaluation, so that each doctor can then integrate the treatment plan and the specific costs. Each specialist talks about possible risks and complications, presents similar cases, talks about types of devices, materials, treatment sequences, etc. Team Case Analysis The next stage is the analysis of the case within the team, we develop the treatment plan and make a cost estimate. Presentation of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan Finally, we present the diagnosis and treatment plan to the patient, along with estimated costs. On this occasion, we will answer all the patient's questions related to the medical or financial side, so that he has a clear vision of the existing dental problems. Beginning of Treatment The documents related to the medical file will be signed and the appointments necessary for each individual case will be made.
